6-8 week followup visit to edit or perfect anything needed. 

*Must be booked within 12 weeks of initial application and must be paid in advance.* 

For current clients. This appointment must be booked within 24 months of the initial brow application or last touchup appointment.

For current clients. This appointment must be booked 24-36 months from the last touchup session.

**Clients must discontinue use of lash enhancement/lash growing serum for 90 DAYS prior to having a permanent eyeliner procedure.**

INSURANCE:  I accept most forms of insurance for Oncology Patients. Please send me a message to get started with the pre-authorization process. 

Permanent makeup removal includes brows, eyeliner, lips, or other small tattooed area (2" x 2")

Emergency Removal MUST be done within 72 hours of the initial procedure. If 72 hours have passed, client MUST wait until treatment area heals before getting tattoo removal.
