A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for ALL permanent makeup appointments.
Deposits are transferable up to 48 hours prior to your schedule appointment time.
Late cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the deposit and will need to pay an additional deposit to rebook.
No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to rebook the appointment.
Naples Permanent Makeup has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Most procedures require a 2-3 hour appointment slot. My time is extremely valuable. If you cannot make your appointment it's important for you to CALL as soon as possible to avoid a lost deposit..
Please do not email or send a message via social media to cancel or change your appointment time. All appointment changes MUST be done via phone call or text message or they will not be accepted.

All forms of payment are accepted including Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo and Care Credit are preferred.
Credit cards may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
Most forms of insurance are accepted for cancer patients. Pre-authorization is required from your insurance company prior to scheduling. Please contact me for a link to begin the pre-authorization process.
